The HR Series Double Stage Pushing Centrifuge is a continuous filtering centrifuge engineered for salt and crystalline chemical products where product quality matters. It dewaters, washes and discharges automatically at full drum speed, delivering consistent moisture, high purity and well-preserved crystals. With compact footprint and low power consumption, the HR300-N is the economical choice for edible salt, potassium chloride and ammonium chloride production lines.

After the drum reaches full speed, suspension is fed continuously through the feed pipe onto the distributor and spread over the screen inside the drum under centrifugal force. Solids are retained on the screen as an annular cake, while the first-stage drum reciprocates to gently push the cake outward until it leaves through the discharge chute. The gentle pushing action is the key to protecting crystal shape and size.

Ideal for separating medium-particle crystalline or fibrous suspensions with average particle size ≥0.1mm and solid content of 30-70% by volume. Typical applications include edible salt, potassium chloride, ammonium chloride, sodium sulfate and other food-grade or fine chemical salts. By changing the feeding and distribution mode, it can also dewater non-flowable solid materials. Proven in nearly 100 materials across food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
