Product Description:
At rated rotational speed, the GKH horizontal scraper centrifuge opens the feed valve. The suspension enters the drum through the distribution hopper and distributes uniformly across the filter medium. Centrifugal force achieves solid-liquid separation: liquid passes through the filter medium and drum perforations, while solids form a compact filter cake.

When the filter cake reaches the preset thickness, the feed valve shuts off for washing and dewatering. A rotating scraper unloads the filter cake, which is then discharged via a chute or screw conveyor.
