Product Description:
At rated speed, the GKH horizontal scraper centrifuge opens its feed valve. The suspension flows into the drum through the distribution hopper and distributes uniformly on the filter medium. Centrifugal force achieves solid-liquid separation: the liquid passes through the medium and drum holes, while solids build up into a compact filter cake.

When the cake hits the pre-set thickness, the feed valve closes to initiate rinsing and drying. A rotating scraper unloads the cake, which is then transported out via a chute or screw conveyor.
