Product Description:
When the GKH horizontal scraper discharge centrifuge attains its rated speed, the feed valve is activated. The suspension enters the drum through the distribution hopper and spreads uniformly across the surface of the filtration medium. Under the action of centrifugal force, liquid-solid separation is achieved — the liquid passes through the filtration medium and drum holes to be discharged, while the solid phase accumulates to form a dense filter cake.

Once the sediment reaches the preset thickness, the feed valve is closed to initiate the rinsing and drying stages. Subsequently, the rotating scraper scrapes off the sediment, which is then discharged through a chute or screw conveyor.
