High-Capacity Scraper Centrifuge Specialized for Tuber Starch Processing Line Separation

Product Description:
At rated speed, the GKH horizontal scraper centrifuge opens the feed valve. Suspension enters the drum via the distribution hopper and spreads evenly over the filter medium. Centrifugal force drives solid-liquid separation: liquid exits through the medium and drum perforations, while solids build up into a dense filter cake.
Once the cake reaches the preset thickness, the feed valve closes to start rinsing and drying. A rotating scraper then discharges the cake, which is conveyed out through a chute or screw conveyor.
