Professional Scraper Type Centrifuge for Industrial Starch Production Solid-Liquid Separation

Product Description:
At rated speed, the GKH horizontal scraper centrifuge opens the feed valve. Suspension enters the drum through the distribution hopper and spreads evenly on the filter medium. Centrifugal force achieves solid-liquid separation: liquid drains through the medium and drum perforations, while solids accumulate into a dense filter cake.

When the cake hits the preset thickness, the feed valve shuts to start rinsing and drying. A rotating scraper then discharges the cake, which is conveyed out via a chute or screw conveyor.
