Working principle:

After the equipment runs at full speed, the feed is opened, and the starch suspension enters the drum through the distribution bucket and spreads on the filter medium; under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid phase is quickly thrown out of the drum, and the starch solid phase remains to form a filter cake; when the filter cake thickness meets the standard, the feed is closed and the starch solid phase is cleaned and dried; the starch filter cake is scraped off by a rotary scraper, and the finished starch material is discharged through the conveying structure.
