Product Description:
After the GKH horizontal scraper discharge centrifuge operates at full speed, the feed valve is opened. The suspension to be separated enters the drum through the distribution hopper and is evenly distributed on the filter medium attached to the inner wall of the drum. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid phase passes through the filter medium and the small holes on the drum wall and is thrown out of the drum, while the solid phase is retained on the filter medium to form a filter cake. When the filter residue layer reaches a specified thickness, the feed valve is closed to perform solid-phase washing, followed by drying. Finally, the rotary scraper scrapes off the filter residue layer, and the material is discharged out of the machine through a shuttle groove or screw conveyor.
