The HONEPAN globoidal cam indexer delivers precision rotary motion control through an advanced mechanical design optimized for high-speed industrial applications.
Advanced Structural Design
Our indexing system features a cam mechanism installed on the input shaft that connects directly to the output turret mounted on the output shaft. Cam rollers, radially embedded in the turret's circumferential surface, maintain linear contact with the tapered support ribs of the cam along their inclined planes.
Precision Motion Control
During operation, input shaft rotation drives the output turret according to a precisely engineered displacement curve while cam rollers smoothly traverse the rib inclines. The system maintains engagement during static ranges where ribs parallel the cam end face, ensuring output stability without rotation.
Enhanced Load Distribution: The tapered support ribs typically contact 2-3 cam rollers simultaneously, ensuring even torque transmission from input to output shaft for superior performance and longevity.
