The ring cutting machine and edge bending machine are integrated onto a single frame and interconnected via the spindle, enabling the edge bending process to be completed before ring cutting to enhance production efficiency.

he ring cutting machine combines mechanical transmission with pneumatic or motor control to achieve automated ring cutting operations, suitable for the mass production of plastic bottle caps.To accommodate the processing requirements of bottle caps of different specifications.



Equipment Operating Principle:

1.Feeding: Bottle caps enter the ring cutter through the feeding system, typically fed continuously at a specific speed and spacing.

2.Positioning: After entering the ring cutter, bottle caps are first precisely positioned by the positioning device to ensure each cap remains accurately aligned at the cutting position.

3.Cutting: The cutting mechanism is the core component of the bottle cap ring cutter, typically consisting of high-speed rotating blades. Once the bottle cap is positioned, the cutting mechanism swiftly moves to perform precise cutting, removing the excess ring-shaped material.

4.Collection: After cutting, bottle caps are collected by a collection device for subsequent processing or packaging.
