Description

Equipment purpose and function:

Automatic Cap Edge Cutting And Confolding Necting Machine This machine is a high-speed ring-cutting and flanging integrated line custom-designed for the distinct appearance and varying dimensions of each plastic bottle cap.

It comprises four major components—a cap storage hopper conveyor, a cascade cap sorter, a ring-cutting machine, and a flanging machine—connected to form a cap production line.

It efficiently and systematically cuts rings from caps, flanges them, and finally packs them into boxes in specified quantities.

It precisely cuts the required connecting bridge specifications according to design drawings without damaging the caps, while simultaneously completing the flanging process.

This achieves the dual effect of maintaining tamper-evident integrity while ensuring easy ring separation.



Specifications:

Efficiency Continuous operation for 48 hours with an efficiency of no less than 99.9%, except where caused by machine factors.
The lid qualification rate shall not be less than 99.9%.
Product Lid Quality Random sampling inspection: no scratches or damaged covers; dimensions conform to drawings; acceptance based on drawings.
Bridge point cross-sections are regular with smooth rounded corners to prevent stress concentration; no fractures.
Break bridge torque meets manufacturer requirements.
Proportion of broken rings and unbroken bridge points complies with manufacturer specifications.
Other requirements refer to the “Cover/Blank Quality Standards.”
