Description
Automatic Bottle Unscrambler With Horizontal Linear Sorting & Feeding Mechanism For PET Bottles Sorting
This machine is used for sorting randomly arranged PET bottles. The disorderly bottles are fed via an elevator into the bottle storage ring of the bottle sorter. Driven by the centrifugal force of the turntable, the bottles are gathered and exit the centrifugal disc. At the outlet, a multi-stage belt mechanism stabilizes the bottles and grips them, guiding them into the claw mechanism. The bottle necks are lifted and flipped with the necks facing forward; since the bottle bottoms face forward and cannot be gripped, all bottles ultimately move with their openings facing forward or backward. They then pass through the final conveyor stage, where they are uprighted, completing the sorting process. The bottles are then discharged via an air-conveyor system to the next process.
The machine's main structure is made of high-quality stainless steel, while other components utilize non-toxic, durable materials. The electrical and pneumatic systems incorporate select imported components, and the entire operation is controlled by PLC programming, resulting in a low failure rate and high reliability.
