Product Overview

The fully automatic bottle sorting machine, paired with an automatic lifting feeder, is primarily used in the food, beverage, juice, condiment, and dairy industries to achieve automatic sorting and continuous feeding of PET plastic bottles. Operators simply pour a random pile of empty bottles into the lifting hopper, and the equipment automatically handles bottle conveyance, centrifugal sorting, and bottle flipping and realignment, ultimately producing an orderly stack of upright bottles.

The entire machine frame is constructed from SUS304 stainless steel, meeting food production hygiene standards. The core electrical control components utilize PLCs from international brands, while key motors are equipped with variable-frequency drives, ensuring smooth start-up and stopping, a high degree of automation, and stable, reliable operation.

The equipment features a compact design and is easy to operate and maintain, significantly reducing the labor costs associated with bottle sorting and minimizing the risk of contamination caused by manual handling. It offers a choice of left or right bottle discharge directions, allowing for flexible adaptation to workshop production line layouts, making it the ideal bottle-feeding equipment for the front end of automated packaging production lines.
