This mulberry cutting machine is specially designed to solve the problem of large cutting volume, high requirements and long cutting time of mulberry leaves in the process of young silkworm breeding. The matching machine has the characteristics of rapid cutting, neat incision, uniform size, simple operation and high safety factor. Therefore, it will adjust the size of the cut leaves, including strip and square, according to the size of the mulberry leaves that the silkworm needs.

THE LEAF CUTTER OPERATION AND INSTRUCTIONS
1. The machine is stably placed on a level ground; 2. Before use, check whether the components, switches and power cords are damaged, and whether the fasteners are loose;
3. Turn on the power and check whether the steering direction of the dial is consistent with the indicated direction; if not, adjust the motor steering;
4. There should be no impact, vibration and abnormal noise when the car is empty, otherwise it should be checked and eliminated before use;
5. The blade is fixed on the barrel wall. The blade should have 0.5-1mm clearance from the dial. Section thickness can be obtained by adjusting the screws on both sides of the movable plate. After adjustment, tighten the nut.
