High Speed Double Station Stacking Machine , 150 , 250 , 390 , 590 Type , Cells Making

Function Description

  • This equipment is suitable for stacking the positive and negative electrodes of lithium ion battery cell and diaphragm in a zigzagging pattern. The negative electrode is stacked first (on the same or different sides of the positive and negative ears). After the stacking is completed, the diaphragm is heated and glued to the side, and the material is transferred to the stacking platform by mechanical hand, and the material is collected manually

Technical Feature

  • The whole machine adopts KEYENCE bus control, diaphragm unwinding adopts full closed-loop tension control, swing roll tension fluctuation ±1.5N
  • Automatically do not remove the pole ear bending, missing Angle (corner) pole piece
  • It provides a variety of docking methods such as single stacking blanking, bare cell blanking to the whole line pulling belt, automatic cycle of the trough/tray, etc
  • It has four sides blowing, bending, brush, ultrasonic sensor and other anti-heavy film functions
  • It can expand the functions of hot pressing, tail winding, flat adhesive, short circuit test, thickness test and so on
