Description

Our gray cast iron R180 diesel engine block castings are core housing components for single-cylinder diesel engines, widely adopted in agricultural machinery. Made from high-grade gray cast iron by resin coated sand casting process, these engine blocks feature dense metallurgical structure, high compressive strength and good vibration resistance. The casting can bear fuel combustion impact and maintain stable working performance under long-time continuous operation. All raw materials and castings are inspected for chemical composition, and stress relief aging treatment is carried out to avoid deformation after machining.

We supply R180 engine block blanks with standard casting structure. After sand removal and shot blasting, the blanks can go through precision machining including boring, milling and tapping to assemble cylinder liner, crankshaft and other internal parts. We can also develop customized engine castings according to customer drawings for different power requirements.

These R180 diesel cylinder block castings are commonly used for farm tractors, water pumps and small generator sets.
