Description

Our machine tool bed casting is the fundamental heavy load-bearing component for CNC machining centers, lathes and other machine tools, manufactured from high quality gray cast iron HT200, HT250 with excellent vibration damping performance, high rigidity and stable dimensional retention, which can effectively absorb vibration during cutting processing and guarantee machining precision. This machine base adopts integral casting hollow structure with reinforcing ribs, integrated mounting holes and positioning grooves to install guide rails, spindles and other functional components, ensuring long-term stable operation of machine tools. We can produce machine tool bed strictly according to customer drawings or samples, precisely control wall thickness, rib structure and dimensional tolerance, raw material inspection and defect detection are carried out to eliminate sand holes, shrinkage and cracks. We can supply raw casting blanks, or provide follow-up processing including stress relief annealing, shot blasting, machining and surface painting. This machinery frame casting is widely applied in CNC lathe, milling machine and machining center.
