Description

Our clutch pressure plate casting, also known as clutch cover blank, is a critical casting component for heavy-duty trucks and buses such as HOWO, manufactured from high grade gray cast iron or ductile iron with high rigidity, wear resistance and stable mechanical performance to withstand frequent friction and impact during vehicle power transmission. This auto casting part adopts integrated casting structure, the outer positioning lugs and inner groove structure are precisely formed to match the clutch assembly, ensure stable clamping force and reliable power transmission between engine and gearbox. We can produce clutch pressure plate castings according to customer drawings or samples, strictly control dimensional tolerance, surface defects and material composition, all raw materials will be inspected before production and finished blanks will be checked for shrinkage, sand holes and cracks to meet automotive industry standards. We can supply raw casting blanks directly, or provide subsequent machining, grinding and surface anti-rust treatment.
