Description

Our textile machine wall plate casting, also called loom side frame plate, is the main heavy load-bearing casting component for air jet looms and textile weaving machinery, generally made of high-quality gray cast iron or ductile iron, featuring high rigidity, good vibration damping performance and stable dimensional accuracy to reduce vibration during high-speed weaving operation and guarantee fabric weaving quality. This loom wall panel is integrally cast with multi-position mounting holes and positioning grooves, which can install shafts, bearings and other transmission components accurately, and maintain long-term stable operation of textile equipment. We can produce textile machinery castings according to customer drawings or samples, strictly control wall thickness, hole position tolerance and surface quality, inspect raw material composition and check internal defects such as sand holes and shrinkage to meet textile equipment manufacturing standards. We can supply casting blanks directly, or provide subsequent machining, shot blasting and anti-rust treatment services.
