This vertical form fill and seal (VFFS) machinery is our improved version of fully automatic packing machine for pouch bags weighing no more than 10 kg. It is able to realize the fully automatic operation of material weighing, filling, bag forming, sealing-off and coding.

Applicable range: high-speed and high accuracy packaging of all species of powder and granule mateirals including ingredients, flavors and seasoning powder.

Features of our fully automatic pouch packing machine:

A. The part of the main weigher which contacts with the material is made of SUS304 stainless steel, while the other parts are made of powder coated carbon steel;

B. Unit structure: metering mechanism + bag making mechanism + sealing and cutting mechanism;

C. Technological process: automatic bag making→automatic weighing→automatic filling-in→automatic sealing-off→automatic coding→finished product conveying.
