SS Vertical Automatic Packaging Solutions For Seed / Sesame Bag With Heat Seal

This packing machine is a vertical type continuous running small bag FFS machine, which can automatically complete all operation in the process of packing seeds, sesame and other materials.

Application Scope: this vertical form-fill-seal pouch packing machine is suitable for any kinds of powdery and granular materials as well as premixes lower than 10 kg in a variety of industries such as agricultural and food fields.

Functional Structure:

This machine is composed of feeding and weighing mechanism, bag making and filling mechanism , and sealing and cutting mechanism.

1. Main structure is made of high strength carbon steel, while the contacting part with feeding material made of stainless steel;

2. The machine is fully controlled by PLC system, which enables it a fully automated running;

3. Weighing and filling speed can be adjusted within the specified range on computer software, which makes the machine quite flexible;

4. Hole punching mechanism can be equipped on the machine to punch hole(s) on the bag for handling;

5. Automatic coding system is available for the machine.
