Valve Special RAL color Electrostatic Spray metallic texture paint Powder Coating

The thickness of valve is thick and uneven, the shape of valve is irregular, therefore it is hard to heat valve. When moved, it occur collision which cause destroying the coating. According to the characteristics of the valve, we develop special powder coating for the valve.

The features of coating:

  1. Excellent adhesion, impact resistance and scratch resistance, the valve under the condition of normal collisions, there will be no damage.
  2. Baking condition: 160℃／15--20min or 180℃／10min, this powder coating is suitable for low temperature curing to improve the effective of painting and save energy.
  3. Specular color, good flow, no tag, good cover for corner, the thickness of coating is 100μm.
  4. Solve the antifoaming problem for cast iron valve.
  5. Supply all kinds of colors and textures according to the customer required.
