Zhongqiao Enlightenment is a national high-tech enterprise founded in 2013 and based in Weifang, Shandong Province, China. We specialize in the R&D, design, production, and manufacturing of integrated wastewater treatment equipment, with sedimentation tanks and clarifiers forming a core part of our product range.

As a true manufacturer — not a trading company — we operate two production bases covering more than 40,000 square meters with an annual output exceeding 800 sets of integrated wastewater treatment equipment. Our factory capabilities span carbon steel fabrication, PP new-material tank forming, MBBR media production, MBR membrane assembly, and electrical control cabinet manufacturing, giving us an independently controllable whole industrial chain.

2. Our Sedimentation & Clarifier Product Range

2.1 Lamella Sedimentation Tank

A high-efficiency clarifier built on parallel inclined-plate technology (plate spacing 50–100 mm, inclination 50°–60°). With laminar-flow hydraulics (Re < 200), it achieves a surface load of 3–5 m³/(m²·h), removes ≥90% of particles above 10 μm, and occupies only about 1/25 of the footprint of a horizontal-flow sedimentation tank. An online backwashing system allows cleaning without stopping the water supply.

2.2 Inclined Tube Settling Tank

An efficient combination sedimentation tank designed on shallow-tank sedimentation theory. Dense inclined tubes or plates shorten the settling path, deliver treatment capacity 9–25 times that of horizontal-flow tanks, and allow concentrated sludge discharge by gravity — an economical solution for high-turbidity water treatment and plant upgrades.

2.3 Related Solid-Liquid Separation Equipment

Beyond sedimentation tanks, our factory manufactures a complete non-standard equipment line that integrates with clarification stages, including air flotation machines (GW, YW, and high-efficiency dissolved-air types), mechanical grilles, fiber disc filters, mechanical filter tanks, dosing devices, scraper-suction mud machines, cyclone desanders, magnetic coagulation systems, and IC anaerobic reactors.

Typical process chain: Influent → Grille → Equalization → Biological Treatment → Sedimentation / Clarification → Filtration → Disinfection & Discharge

3. Manufacturing Capabilities

3.1 Carbon Steel Fabrication Base

Equipped with bending machines, shearing machines, plate rolling machines, pipe rolling machines, laser cutting machines, laser pipe cutting machines, and automatic welding machines for heavy-duty steel tank production.

3.2 PP New Material Production Line

Integrated forming PP tank production line, MBBR media production line, PP welding rod line, plus large-scale extruded PP automatic welding machines, engraving machines, bending machines, and butt welding machines.

3.3 Automation & Membrane Workshop

A 1,500 m² automated workshop divided into electrical control cabinet assembly and MBR membrane curtain assembly areas, producing non-standard automation control cabinets with design patents.

3.4 Chaos Cloud IoT Platform

Our self-developed IoT platform supports one-click private deployment with cloud monitoring, operation, analysis, and management — remote fault alarms and VPN transparent transmission included.
