Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park is a famous 5A-level scenic spot located in Yongding District, Zhangjiajie City, Hunan Province, China. It is about 8 kilometers away from the city center. The main peak reaches an altitude of 1518.6 meters, which makes it the highest mountain in Zhangjiajie.

The mountain is best known for Tianmen Cave, a huge natural cave that runs through the mountainside. The name “Tianmen Mountain” means “Heaven’s Gate Mountain”. It is regarded as one of the most amazing natural wonders in China.

The park is covered with dense original forests, bringing fresh air and beautiful natural scenery. There are many famous attractions on the mountain, such as the glass skywalk, the cliff plank road and the long cableway. The glass walkway built on the steep cliff offers tourists thrilling and unforgettable walking experiences.
