P860A / DM860A Stepper Driver Introduction

- Basic Information: The P860A/ DM860A is a high-performance digital two-phase stepper driver developed by Shenzhen Zeroone (Lingyi) Intelligent Control Co., Ltd., based on DSP control. It features a driving voltage range of AC 18V~80V or DC 24V~110V, and is compatible with all types of two-phase hybrid stepper motors with an effective current of less than 6.0A and an outer diameter of 57~86mm.

- Technical Features: It is equipped with 16 gears of equal-angle constant-torque microstepping, with a maximum resolution of 51200 steps per revolution. It has an automatic motor parameter identification function, which can achieve ultra-low vibration and noise, and enhance medium and high-speed torque. The maximum response frequency can reach 200KHz. When the pulse input stops, the motor coil current is automatically halved. It adopts photoelectric isolation for signal input/output. The driving current is adjustable in 8 gears from 2.0A to 6.0A per phase, its maximum peak current can reach 8.4A. It can drive 4-wire, 6-wire and 8-wire two-phase stepper motors, and is equipped with overvoltage, overcurrent, overheating and other protection functions.

- Interface & Wiring: The control signal interfaces include motor and power input ports, control signal ports under position mode, and TTL-level serial communication interface. The power input port supports AC 18~80V or DC 24~110V input; the motor winding connection ports are A+, A-, B+ and B-. The control signal ports under position mode include Pulse Positive Input (PUL+), Pulse Negative Input (PUL-), Direction Positive Input (DIR+), etc. The TTL-level serial communication interface is used for connection with PC for debugging.

- Operating Environment: It adopts a built-in cooling fan for heat dissipation, and the fan starts working when the heatsink temperature exceeds 40℃. The operating environment should be free from dust, oil mist and corrosive gases as much as possible. The operating temperature range is -10℃~50℃, the humidity is 40~90%RH, the vibration is not more than 5.9m/s², and the storage temperature range is -20℃~+80℃.
