Hydraulic Reversible Variable Width Plow is a professional heavy tillage machine supporting high-horsepower tractors. Combining hydraulic reversing structure and variable width design, this implement can switch plow bodies for left and right tillage by hydraulic system. Its adjustable working width allows operators to adapt to different soil conditions, field sizes and tractor load limits. Mainly used for deep plowing in dry land, it overturns soil completely, buries plant residues and organic fertilizers, loosens compacted hard soil layer and optimizes soil environment for crop growth. The main frame uses thick high-strength steel with full penetration welding, possessing excellent anti-twist and anti-deformation performance under heavy load. The hydraulic reversing unit is assembled with high-quality hydraulic parts, achieving smooth and quick plow turnover with stable performance and low failure rate. Each plow unit comes with independent width adjustment structure, enabling flexible width setting without extra part replacement. The plowshare and moldboard are forged from wear-resistant alloy steel with heat treatment, which resists abrasion and impact during long-time field work. It adopts overload safety protection mechanism to cushion impact when encountering underground hard obstacles and protect the whole machine. The matched depth gauge wheel keeps consistent plowing depth in operation. Standard three-point hitch connection makes it easy to mount and dismount from tractors, and daily maintenance is simple and time-saving.
