Hydraulic Reversible Variable Width Plow is a high-efficiency heavy-duty tillage implement matched with high-horsepower tractors. It combines hydraulic reversible turnover structure and adjustable working width design. Controlled by hydraulic power, the plow assembly can flip to realize left and right bidirectional plowing. Operators can adjust the working width of each plow body to adapt to different soil resistance, plot sizes and tractor power output. This machine is mainly used for deep plowing of dry farmland. It can fully invert soil layers, bury crop straw, weeds and organic fertilizer, break compacted hardpan and improve soil structure. Product Features

The main frame is manufactured from thickened high-strength alloy steel with precision welding process, which delivers strong torsional resistance and anti-deformation capability under heavy load. The hydraulic turnover assembly adopts premium hydraulic cylinders and sealing parts, ensuring smooth, rapid and stable flipping movement with low failure rate. Each plow body is equipped with independent width adjustment mechanism, users can modify the working width easily without replacing spare parts. Plowshare and moldboard are forged from wear-resistant alloy steel with heat treatment, which has high hardness and excellent impact resistance for long time field operation. It is fitted with overload protection structure, which can buffer impact automatically when meeting underground stones or hard obstacles to protect the whole machine. The matched depth gauge wheel maintains stable and uniform plowing depth. Standard three-point hitch design enables fast connection and disassembly with tractors, and daily maintenance is simple and labor-saving.
