It achieves classified cleaning of laundry, allows continuous washing of different types and colors with precision, ensures high cleanliness, and maintains system operation even if partial module functions fail.
Intelligent Management
The Intelligent Integrated Washing Management System provides real-time intelligent monitoring of the entire washing process, records the complete workflow, and makes key data readily visible. It features intelligent task allocation, seamless equipment operation, full-process workflow recording, customer ID tracking throughout the process, and accurate weight measurement.
Intelligent Loading
It allows rated full-load capacity loading utilizing rapid dry loading technology (the loading hopper does not require flushing). The internal spray structure prevents water leakage, ensuring a clean working environment. The loading hopper has a fixed direction and is pneumatically driven, enabling simultaneous loading and unloading without interference. It can pre-store more than one load of laundry waiting to be loaded, enabling continuous loading and rapid machine loading. A three-stage speed differential scattering system distributes laundry evenly, ensuring smoother loading of large items and preventing blockages. It makes full use of the factory's upper space. Loading requires low labor intensity and is performed quickly.
Intelligent Control
It utilizes cylinder drive and a floating door direct-push sealing structure, resulting in low failure rates for automatic door opening/closing, easy operation, and reliable sealing. A unique air circuit design ensures that cylinders remain in place even in case of sudden power failure or air hose rupture, preventing damage from malfunctions.
Intelligent Unloading
Intelligent tilted automatic unloading includes an automatic loosening and scattering function, improving work efficiency, reducing labor intensity, saving manpower, lowering operational costs, achieving high-quality washing, and enabling faster unloading. It is intelligent, efficient, and energy-saving.
Intelligent Detection
The shuttle car employs binary code positioning design, ensuring accuracy and reliability while preventing misoperation faults. It intelligently detects position and distance, automatically accelerating, decelerating, and braking for positioning. The L-shaped shuttle car design increases the height difference between the cage opening and the shuttle car, enhancing loading capacity and resulting in looser unloading. An automatic distribution function prevents laundry from clumping, which is detrimental to dryer loading.
Intelligent Drying
The tilted unloading dryer features a large front loading door and a bottom-to-top closing structure to prevent laundry jams. Dedicated (dedicated interface program module settings) coordinate the actions of the shuttle car and the dryer loading process. Unloading from the tilted dryer is smoother and more thorough, with an adjustable tilt angle. It uses an airbag for rear tilting and mechanical limits, with a unique self-locking air circuit design. The receiving end display shows laundry type and customer information.
