The 7500 series is a product of the Alien 7000 series.

Transport the 6 * 6-5H tactile switches to the plug-in head through the vibrating plate sorting, and insert them quickly, flexibly, and accurately into the circuit board, and fix them with bent feet.

Functional characteristics
  • Professional industrial control computert software (independently developed)+Leisai motion control card, stable and efficient.
  • Built in plastic surgery mechanism, realizing straight foot, bent foot, frog foot, one machine plug does not affect each other.
  • The X/Y axis is driven by imported SongXia AC servo motor and imported TBI grinding screw to ensure an error of less than 0.001mm.
  • The base adopts TBI ball spline with high precision and long service life.
  • A simple and easy to understand operation page with excellent human-machine dialogue function, which quickly shortens the production line transfer time.
  • Mark visual positioning calibration has higher accuracy and smaller errors compared to traditional hole positioning.
