This Xinwei gantry multi-head resistance welding system is purpose-built to break that bottleneck. The gantry frame spans the entire door panel. Multiple welding heads, positioned according to the door's reinforcement layout, press and weld simultaneously in one cycle. The operator loads the panel, starts the cycle, and removes the finished door. Every reinforcement point is welded with identical parameters and spacing. The result is consistent structural integrity from the first door of the shift to the last, at a throughput that single-gun welding cannot match.
