XINXIA custom embossed aluminum foil sealing liners are available in both self-adhesive and heat-press sealing structures. Customer logos, brand names, symbols, patterns, and opening instructions can be embossed directly onto the aluminum foil surface. The three-dimensional embossed finish improves brand recognition, product appearance, and tamper-evident presentation without requiring conventional ink printing.

The self-adhesive version bonds to a clean container rim through pressure generated by tightening the cap. The heat-press version is sealed using suitable heating and pressure equipment. Both options can be customized for glass, plastic, or metal containers after compatibility testing.

Both structures can incorporate customized surface embossing. Buyers may supply a logo file, artwork, text, pattern, or brand symbol. XINXIA will evaluate the embossing design and manufacture the corresponding embossing tooling. Logo size, position, depth, orientation, and layout can be adjusted according to the liner dimensions and the required visual effect.
