Power Transmission Assembly (Torque Amplification Core)

The drilling drawworks does not run at high speed directly; it relies on the speed-reducing transmission mechanism to achieve speed reduction and torque increase, converting the high-speed, low-torque output of motors and diesel engines into the low-speed, ultra-high-torque required for operations.

1. Multi-Stage Reduction Gear Sets

High-strength alloy steel helical gears and herringbone gears with precision-ground tooth surfaces — high transmission efficiency, low noise, extremely strong load capacity, impact-resistant, overload-resistant, and not prone to tooth breakage or tooth chipping.

2. Transmission Clutch Assembly

Adopts pneumatic (air-flex) clutch and friction plate clutch structures, achieving smooth power engagement and rapid disengagement, adapting to frequent start-stop, instantaneous overload, and impact-load conditions — engaging softly without shock and disengaging completely without drag.

3. Drive Shafts, Couplings, and Key Connection Assemblies

High-strength transmission connection components that transfer ultra-high torque, resistant to torsion and shear, ensuring zero-loss, non-slipping power transmission.
