WCB/WPT Eaton auxiliary brakes are designed for continuous slipping and high-heat braking conditions. Water-cooled brakes are pneumatically controlled, and cooling is completed by the continuous flow of coolant from a closed or open cooling system. The friction copper plate that can be worn for a long time conducts heat better.
According to its design method, it is divided into two categories: air bag type and piston type. Compared with the piston type, the air bag type is better in some aspects: the neoprene air bag is more resistant to slight air leakage The airbag push plate clutch has the following advantages: stable performance, reliable operation, axial power transmission, simple airbag design, small air volume, reliable clutch speed, and not affected by centrifugal force, smooth starting, suitable for large inertia industrial and mining applications, and low failure rate.
