In terms of production line construction, we have built a one-stop intelligent manufacturing base integrating precision machining, intelligent assembly and strict quality testing. The base is equipped with multiple modern production lines, including automatic tractor chassis welding lines, engine core component assembly lines, and professional production lines for lawn mower cutter heads and transmission systems. It has introduced advanced equipment such as CNC machining centers, robotic welding devices and dynamic balancing testers, realizing a standardized operation process from precise raw material cutting and precision component machining to intelligent complete machine assembly and comprehensive performance testing.

Meanwhile, we have established a full-cycle quality control system. From strict incoming inspection of components, random sampling inspection during production processes, to no-load testing, load testing and durability testing of finished products, every single piece of equipment must pass multiple rigorous quality checks. This ensures the stability and reliability of ex-factory products, delivering market-proven high-quality machinery to customers worldwide.
