It features a hardwood or poplar core laminated with phenolic resin and coated with a dark brown or black phenolic film on both sides, providing a smooth, waterproof surface ideal for casting walls, slabs, beams, and columns.

• Smooth Concrete Finish: The high-density film surface prevents concrete adhesion, resulting in smooth architectural finishes with minimal surface defects and reduced post-pour grinding work.
• High Reusability: With a robust core and abrasion-resistant film, it can be reused 15-20 times or more, offering significant cost savings over single-use formwork materials.

• Core Material: Poplar, birch, combi (mixed hardwood), or eucalyptus core.
• Standard Sizes: 1220×2440mm (4ft×8ft), 1250×2500mm; custom sizes up to 1500×3000mm available.
• Thickness Range: 12mm, 15mm, 18mm, 21mm, 24mm (18mm being the most common for standard formwork).
• Surface Film: 120g/m² or 220g/m² phenolic film (black/brown), providing high abrasion and chemical resistance.
