Ring Lock Scaffold with Adjustable Base Jack and Sleeve Coupler
Overview
Ring Lock Scaffold is a heavy-duty modular system featuring vertical standards with welded rosette discs. Designed for high-rise facades, bridge falsework, and industrial access, it offers superior load capacity and rapid assembly compared to traditional tube-and-coupler scaffolding.
Features & Functions
- Wedge Lock Mechanism: Horizontal ledgers and diagonal braces connect via a hammer-driven wedge into the rosette, creating a rigid node that is significantly faster to assemble than traditional scaffolding, with no loose nuts or bolts to drop.
- 8-Direction Connectivity: Each rosette disc allows connections from 8 directions (0°, 45°, 90°), enabling the construction of curved walls, complex facades, and high-load shoring towers with exceptional stability.
- Integrated Diagonal Bracing: The system includes dedicated diagonal braces that lock into the rosette, forming a triangulated structure that resists lateral wind loads and prevents sway.
- Full Hot-Dip Galvanized Finish: Provides long-term corrosion resistance for harsh environments like coastal areas, chemical plants, and long-duration projects.
Key Specifications
