The electronic counting winding machine adopts manual transmission, two speeds, electronic counting display, accurate counting, flexible operation, stable performance, clear display, convenient use and power-off data protection function.

(FY-130 counting range is 0-9999.9 times, and counting error is less than 0.1 times.)

Transmission system:

This electronic counting winding machine is for manual use and has two speeds. Both the manual gear and the winding shaft can be installed with a handle. The manual gear is 57 teeth, the bridge driving wheel is 19 teeth, the driven wheel is 38 teeth, and the spool gear is 18 teeth. The transmission speed ratio is 1: 1 when the rocking handle is installed on the hand-cranked gear, and the transmission speed ratio is 1: 1 when installed on the winding shaft.

Instructions:

• This electronic counting winding machine should be installed on a relatively solid workbench. There are 4 fixing holes on the bottom plate of the winding machine, which are used to fasten the installation between the winding machine and the workbench.

• Connect the unit to a 220V AC power socket, turn on the power switch, and press the zero reset button to clear the previous data. You can work after the display is zero.

Precautions:

• Please strictly control the power supply voltage at 220V ± 10%.

• Photoelectric sensors are installed on the main shaft of the machine. It is strictly forbidden to hit both ends of the main shaft, and please strictly control the axial series movement of the main shaft, otherwise the photoelectric sensor will be damaged, causing counting errors or not counting.

• If there is an error, please check whether the groove of the photoelectric sensor and the turntable inside the main shaft of the fuselage are detached from each other, or whether they are rubbed or dusty.

• The circuit of this machine is an electronic circuit. Please keep away from strong electromagnetic interference such as welding machines, electromagnets and radio transmitting equipment when working to avoid affecting the normal counting.

• This machine is a manual winding machine. It is strictly forbidden to drag with a motor.

Note:

The machnie is manual hand ,so it isn't charged,if you want to improve work efficiency, you could modify to electric.

It can only work with 220v 50hz .if you ony have 110v ,please prepare a110v to 220v voltage converter by yourself.

The machine can be equipped with a motor, rotation rate is 500 rpm
