Sine wave Power frequency Spark tester for wire and cable insulation wrapper tester
0-15KV adjustable Power frequency, digital type cable and wire main frequency spark tester is a necessary test equipment for wire and cable manufacturing process and using high voltage to test the insulation quality. The EDM sensitivity <600μA, UL1581-1990 requires the series of sparks machine using epoxy casting high-voltage transformer, moisture-proof performance, strong anti-interference ability, , they can always check the work is normal with self-test button (breakdown, count , sound and light alarm) to ensure test accuracy.

Safety interlock


In order to ensure safety for operators,the probe is providedwith an interlock switch and a discharge rod.When the fronthood is opened,the high voltage is cut off first,then the discharge rod touches the electrode section to dischargethe remaining electricity

Breakdown instruction
*Automatic breakdown counting acoustooptic alarm contact signal action, and then automatic reset to continue high voltage detection state
*After manual breakdown counting, the control output of acousto-optic alarm contact signal needs to be manually pressed and twisted before the high voltage detection state can be continued.
Security interlock
When the protective cover of the electrode box is opened, the high voltage is automatically cut off to ensure the personal safety of the operator and at the same time the low voltage circuit can be controlled by the external contact signal to make the high voltage on and off (such as the shutdown stop, the high voltage also stops the spark fault shutdown).
