I. Functions:

This type of waler blower device is widely used for it's energy saving,environmental protection and economy, аnd іt іѕ especially suitable for cables and cords production industry.The specific fluid principle is adopted in the design, which can quickly dry the moisture, on the surface of the wire to achieve the effects of gas saving,high efficiency and low noise.The line speed of single-stage water blower device can reach 1000 m/s Min,and that of double-band water blower device can reach 1500 m/s Min,which can easily meet the requirements of prducion line.

II. Materials

The main material adopts in imported POM plastic(also known as polyformaldehyde resin and saigang material),with exquisite appearance and good wear resistance.The guide wheel bearing adopts stainless steel,and all metal parts of the water blower(bearing,circling spring,bracket, screw nut and guide wheel fixing piece)are all stainless steel,which will never rust and last long.

III. Structure

IV. Intalltion

This product contains mounting bracket, which is easy to install, and the bracket can adjust the heightand angle. Install in the sink (cover) or lead box. First, choose the fixed position, drill two 8mm holes withan electric drill, lock the Fix seat with screws, insert the air pipe (the air pipe is 10mm), adjust the heightand center position of the front and back guide wheels, ventilation can be used.

VI. Working conditions and model selection

1. The engine displacement of air compressor should not be lower than 0.6 cubic meters/min, and the airsupply pressure should not be lower than 0. 55MPa, otherwise it will affect the water filtering effect.

2. Selection of air compressor: there are Screw Air Compressor and piston air compressor. Generally, Screw AirCompressor is the best choice. The power of the two air compressors cannot be lower than 5.57 .5(KW/P).

3. Type selection of water blower: maximum wire diameter x 1.5-2 times = the actual required inner hole of thewater Blower. The coefficient is not fixed and should be adjusted appropriately according to the practical us-age. The inner hole is too big to waste gas, and the effect is not very good. If the inner hole is too small, thewire will be scratched, and the knot and drum of the wire will not pass smoothly.
