The 7MBR100VN120-50 is a high-current Power Integrated Module (PIM) designed to deliver a compact, robust, and efficient power solution for medium-power industrial drives and UPS systems. It integrates a three-phase input rectifier and a three-phase IGBT inverter bridge into a single, isolated package. With a rating of 1200V and 100A, it provides higher power handling in a compact form factor, significantly reducing system size and complexity.
