Description

The 7MBR50VR120-56 is a highly integrated Power Integrated Module (PIM) designed to offer a compact and complete power solution for industrial motor drives and UPS inverters. It integrates the essential power components for a typical variable frequency drive into a single, isolated package: a three-phase input rectifier bridge, a three-phase IGBT inverter bridge with freewheeling diodes, and a brake chopper circuit.
