Epoxy Primer Drum RAL7031 Topcoat Lebus Groove For Winch
Product Description
This drum is manufactured from Q355D material with 60° right-hand Lebus double-parallel rope grooves. Sharp edges are broken, burrs and flashes are fully removed after machining. The welding is firm without missed-welding defects, and stress-relief treatment is performed after welding. After sandblasting, the drum is coated with epoxy zinc-rich primer and polyurethane topcoat for superior anti-corrosion performance. It delivers stable mechanical properties and fits for various hoisting winch working conditions.

Advantages
- Q355D base material features good low-temperature toughness and high impact resistance, suitable for heavy-duty complex working conditions.
- 60° right-hand Lebus double-parallel rope grooves guide neat wire-rope winding, reduce extrusion and wear, and extend wire rope service life.
- Post-weld stress-relief treatment minmizes welding deformation and improves operating stability of the drum.
- Complete coating system of sandblasting, epoxy zinc-rich primer and polyurethane topcoat provides outstanding anti-corrosion performance for harsh outdoor environments.
- Sharp edge breaking and burr-flash removal prevent wire rope scratching for safer assembly and operation.
Matters Need to Attention
- Before installation, inspect the rope groove surface for impact damage. Ensure all burrs and sharp edges are fully removed to avoid wire-rope cutting.
- Use properly-spcified wire rope, arrange rope following the 60° right‑hand groove direction to prevent rope disorder and extrusion.
- Overload operation is strictly forbidden to avoid structural deformation and failure.
- Regularly check welds and paint coating. Repair cracks on welds and peeling paint timely for anti‑corrosion maintenance.
- Inspect drum operation periodically. Stop equipment immediately if abnormal vibration or noise occurs for troubleshooting.
