The Low-Voltage Integrated Power Cabinet is a multi-functional distribution solution designed for seamless power management in both industrial and civil environments. This "Integrated Box" architecture combines primary power distribution, metering, compensation, and motor control into a single, compact enclosure.
Engineered to perform in both indoor facility rooms and rugged outdoor sites, the cabinet features a high-durability shell that protects internal switchgear from moisture, dust, and mechanical impact. Whether utilized as a construction site temporary power hub, a residential area distribution point, or an industrial workshop control center, this integrated cabinet offers the structural integrity and electrical safety required for continuous operation in diverse climates.
Integrated All-in-One Design: Consolidates the Main Disconnect, Feeders, and Power Factor Correction (Capacitors) within one footprint, significantly reducing installation time and site-area requirements.
Dual-Environment Capability: Specifically treated for both indoor and outdoor use. The enclosure is available in powder-coated cold-rolled steel for standard use or SUS304 stainless steel for coastal and high-corrosion areas.
Superior Ingress Protection: Rated at IP54/IP55, featuring a CNC-poured polyurethane sealing gasket that prevents the entry of rain, wind-blown dust, and fine particulate matter.
Thermal Intelligence: Designed with integrated ventilation louvers and optional thermostatically controlled cooling fans. This prevents internal heat buildup, ensuring that breakers and electronics operate within their rated temperature zones.
Enhanced Safety Interlocks: Equipped with high-security locks and a hidden hinge system to prevent unauthorized access. The internal layout includes insulated shields to protect operators from live busbar contact during routine inspections.

Industrial Workshops: Centralized control for production lines, pump systems, and industrial lighting.
Outdoor Construction Sites: Temporary power distribution with heavy-duty sockets and leakage protection for site tools and machinery.
Rural & Urban Grids: Serving as a low-voltage integrated branch box for municipal power networks.
Renewable Energy Sites: Metering and distribution for small-to-medium solar PV installations and EV charging stations.
Turnkey Customization: We provide fully populated cabinets according to your Single Line Diagram (SLD). Choose from top-tier brands like Schneider, ABB, or Chint for the internal components.
Corrosion-Proof Surface: Our steel enclosures undergo a 7-tank chemical pre-treatment followed by high-adhesion electrostatic powder coating, providing excellent UV and salt-spray resistance.
Modular Flexibility: The internal mounting system is designed for easy expansion. Adding a new feeder circuit or a monitoring module is straightforward due to the modular rail and busbar design.
Strict Quality Assurance: Every cabinet undergoes rigorous dielectric withstand tests, grounding continuity tests, and functional sequence testing before leaving our factory.
Q: Can this box be used in direct rain?
A: Yes. When ordered as an Outdoor Version, the cabinet includes a slanted rain hood (slope top) and IP55-rated seals specifically designed to shed water and prevent ingress during driving rain.
Q: Do you provide the internal wiring?
A: We offer both "Shell-Only" options for panel builders and "Fully Integrated" units that are pre-wired, tested, and ready for immediate on-site connection.
Q: What is the maximum current rating for the integrated busbar?
A: Our standard integrated cabinets support up to 800A. For requirements above this, we recommend our GGD or MNS series large-scale switchgear.

Low voltage power distribution cabinet
XL-21 Low-voltage power distribution cabinet is suitable for power distribution of three-phase four-wire or three-phase five-wire system with AC voltage of 500 volts and below in power plants and industrial and mining enterprises. XL-21 low-voltage power distribution cabinet is installed against the wall of the indoor device, and inspected in front of the screen. The shell IS made of steel plate bending, and the knife switch handle is on the upper part of the right column in front of the box, which can be used for switching power supply. According to the needs of users, different types of circuit breakers with different current levels can be selected to meet the needs of different users.
