EN10305 34MnB5 WT0.5 Precision Steel Tube, Round Annealed Steel Tube For Camshaft Stabilizer Bar
Product Overview
EN10305 34MnB5 Precision Steel Tube is a round annealed steel tube specifically designed for camshaft stabilizer bar applications. These carbon steel tubes, also known as mild steel pipes and tubes, are manufactured according to EN specifications with low carbon content (max 0.17%) combined with manganese, making them easy to form and shape.
Product Features
- Corrosion resistant

Straightness of Standard Precision Tubes
Straightness of the tubes is influenced by the mechanical properties. For material with yield point ReH ≤ 500 MPa, straightness is 0.0015 multiple of tube length maximum (1.5 mm per meter). For material with yield point ReH > 500 MPa, allowable straightness is 0.0020 multiple of tube length (2 mm per meter).

Applications
Auto industry, machinery use, oil cylinder tube, motorcycle shock absorber, auto shock absorber, inner cylinder, telescopic cylinders, jack lifting system, hydraulic cylinders
Appearance
The internal and external surface finish of the tubes is smooth, with weld seam not visible or tangible. ID surface roughness Ra≤4μm, with best achievable smoothness Ra≤0.8μm. Inner surface can be measured and reported if requested by purchaser before PO.
Surface imperfections encroaching on specified minimum wall thickness are considered defects and tubes containing these do not conform to EN 10305 standards.
