304 Stainless Steel Square Water Storage Tank
This modular assembled 304 stainless steel square water storage tank is a premium water storage solution widely matched with water treatment systems, hotels, factories, rural safe drinking water projects, fire protection and food processing production lines.
Adopting food-grade SUS304 stainless steel stamped panels, the tank is assembled by argon arc welding or bolt connection. The integrated square structure maximizes space utilization compared with round tanks, which can be flexibly customized into any volume according to site space and water demand. The inner wall is smooth and non-sticky, effectively inhibiting bacterial reproduction, fully complying with international drinking water hygiene standards for long-term clean water storage.
Main Production Process
  • Stamped Reinforced Panel Forming: Standard pressed panels (1000×1000mm / 1000×500mm / 500×500mm) with arc convex reinforcement design to improve overall compression resistance, prevent deformation under full water pressure. Panel thickness customized from 1.2mm-4mm based on tank height and capacity.
  • Seamless Welding / Bolt Assembly: Two optional assembly methods: full argon arc welding for zero leakage; bolted assembly with food-grade non-toxic rubber sealing strips for easy disassembly and transportation. All connecting fasteners are also SUS304 anti-rust stainless steel.
  • Internal Reinforcement Support System: Equipped with stainless steel cross bracing inside the tank to disperse water pressure, enhance structural stability, avoid wall bulging during long-term full water storage.
  • Complete Standard Accessories: Pre-reserved water inlet, outlet, overflow port, sewage drain port, manhole, external maintenance ladder, supporting steel base, liquid level monitoring interface, all matching supporting flanges and pipelines.
