Product Introduction

This automatic ion exchange water softener is specifically designed for fruit juice, fruit wine, and beverage brewing production procedures. Excess calcium and magnesium ions in raw water cause scaling on pipelines, heating tanks, blending equipment, and fermentation vessels, leading to juice precipitation, turbid liquid, poor flavor, and shortened shelf life of finished drinks.

Our water softening equipment adsorbs hardness substances in raw water using high-performance cation exchange resin, effectively lowering total water hardness, stabilizing brewing water quality, guaranteeing consistent taste of juice products, and reducing waste rates in beverage production lines.

Complete Working Flow
  • Normal Water Softening: Raw water passes through resin tank, where calcium and magnesium ions are captured by resin to instantly reduce water hardness.
  • Automatic Backwashing: The system regularly reverses water flow to wash away sediment and impurities accumulated inside the resin layer.
  • Salt Regeneration: When resin reaches saturation, the equipment automatically absorbs brine for resin regeneration, restoring adsorption capacity without frequent resin replacement.
  • Rinsing & Standby: Cleans residual brine inside the tank, then enters standby mode for the next round of water supply.

The entire workflow operates fully automatically without manual intervention.
