Mixed Bed Polishing & Terminal Precision Filtration: Post-positioned high-purity mixed bed further upgrades water resistivity to reach full electronic grade. 0.22μm terminal filter intercepts fine particles and resin fragments to ensure ultra-clean water for wafer etching and texturing processes.
