CNC EDM Small Hole Drilling Machine 703C is suitable for processing micro-holes, deep holes, nozzle holes, filter holes, pores and group holes of various metals and super hard conductor materials.

Features:

  • 703C Electrical Discharge Drilling Machine for Mini hole can drill wire-cut starting hole, filter hole, jet hole, gas hole, group holes and hole of super depth etc.

  • It can drill small holes on the various conductive materials, even semiconductor material, especially stainless steel, chilled steel, copper, aluminum and hard alloy etc.

  • This machine can drill on oblique and curved surface directly.

  • 703 series can easily erode the drill and screw tap etc which is broken in the workpiece and not destroy the screw thread of the holes.

  • The working water can be normal water or saponification fluid and no pollution is brought.

  • The operation is easy and convenient.

  • X, Y, Z axes have digital display devices.

  • Z axis DC servo drive and has the function of setting depth.

  • 703C has high quality resin sand cast bed, 4-axis precision ball screw, X/Y/Z-axis HIWIN linear guideway, W-axis electric lifting and special circuit for aluminum processing.
