Description

Product Description

  1. The machine adopts high-quality cast iron 30-degree inclined bed structure, with strong bending and torsional stiffness.
  2. C3 grade ball screw and NSK special bearing ensure stable positioning machining accuracy.
  3. The spindle adopts high-precision P4 level angular contact ball bearings, with a combination of front three and rear two load designs, effectively ensuring rigidity and accuracy.
  4. It adopts FANUC servo motor, with full pulse control for accurate, precise, and fast positioning. It can be used for functions such as Cs contour axis and rigid tapping.
  5. 8 live heads on the Y-axis (4 on the end face and 4 on the side face), and 4 fixed tool holders on the end face. By combining turning and boring tools, it can realize complex workpiece processing such as turning, milling, drilling, and tapping can be completed in one clamping process, which reduces errors and losses caused by secondary processing.
  6. The maximum bar through diameter is Φ 45mm, with a maximum X-axis travel of 550mm and a large number of tools.
  7. SC-46YD can be equipped with an eight-station turret and can also be equipped with a tool arrangement or deep hole drill.
