Scrap Metal Baler can press steel shavings, scrap steel, scrap aulminum, scrap copper, scrap stainless steel, and other waste metal into qualified furnace charges of cuboid, cylindrical, or octagonal shapes. This metal baler is used in the recycling industry, steel factories, ferrous metal smelting, and other fields.

Alligator shear is mainly used to cold cut shapes of profile steels and other metallic products and process them into qualified furnace charges. It is used in metal recycling and processing factories, automobile dismantling plants, smelting and casting factories and so on.

Horizontal baler and Vertical baler can press and bale many types of loose materials and ferrous and non ferrous scrap, such as waste cottons, cotton yarns, wools, cloths, ball tops, waste papers, waste plastics, wheat straws, metal cans, sacks and so on. The baled materials are of high densigy and uniform size, making them easy to transport.

Scrap metal briquette press can press various steel scraps, cast iron scraps, copper cuttings, aluminum scraps and other scrap metal into high density cylindrical briquettes, so they are easy to recycle and smelt.

History of Development steps are:

1. In 1985, State-Owned Zhouzhuang Machinery Plant was founded and the first domestic scrap metal baler was developed.

2. In 1995, Jiangyin Zhouzhuang General Hydraulic Machinery Plant was established.

3. In 2002, the company was renamed as Jiangyin Wanshida Hydraulic Machinery Co., Ltd.

4. In 2004, the cylinder crusher was created and got the Certificate of Design Patent.

5. In 2005, we obtained the Certificate of Utility Model Patent for Cylinder Crusher.

6. In 2006, we carried the ISO9001 Quality Management System Certificate and CE certificate of EU.

7. In 2010, the company changed its name as Jiangsu Wanshida Hydraulic Machinery Co., Ltd. with the increase of scale.

8. In 2011, we passed the ISO140009. In 2012, in order to adapt to the market demands, we built new standard factory and the annual output increased.
